Join Pacific Whale Foundation for the grand opening of an exhibit of stunning whale photography. Meet the photographers, talk story about whales, and enjoy delicious refreshments provided by Porto, a new artisan pizzeria featuring flame- fired pizzas in Ma'alaea. The opening night reception is free and open to all, and  takes place from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. Following that, the Tribute to the Whales photo exhibit will be open daily, from January 28 - February 29, 2012, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm with free admission. Located at Ma’alaea Harbor Shops, next door to Maui Ocean Center.  Featured photographers include  Monica and Michael Sweet, Douglas Hoffman, David Fleetham, Herb Hartman, Dale Walsh, Pacific Whale Foundation Naturalists Daimar Tamarack,  John O'Leary and Jes Beneteau, Founder, Greg Kaufman, plus Pacific Whale Foundation Members and whalewatch enthusiasts.
